Materials & Applications

The right substrate for the right surface.

The material you print on determines how long a graphic lasts, how well it holds color, and whether it removes cleanly. We'll recommend the right stack for your surface, environment, and budget.

Frequently Asked

Questions we hear before every project.

What file format should I send?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, and high-resolution JPG. Vector files are ideal for logos and type. All files should be built in CMYK at 300 DPI at final print size. If you send us press-ready art, we’ll review and flag any issues before printing at no charge.

How long does a typical job take?

Turnaround depends on scope. Small format posters and banners typically ship in 24–48 hours. Wall graphics, murals, and wayfinding systems that include design, permits, or install typically run 5–10 business days. Rush service is available — contact us for a firm timeline.

Do you install in NYC?

Yes. We install throughout Manhattan and the outer boroughs, including after-hours and occupied-building work. We hold general liability and workers’ compensation insurance and can issue Certificates of Insurance (COI) for building management as required.

Can I upload artwork online?

Contact us with your quote request and we’ll send you a secure upload link. For active BuildFlow account holders, files can be dropped directly into your project workspace.

Do you offer sustainable material options?

Yes. We stock FSC- and SFI-certified papers and boards, print with low-VOC latex and UV-curable inks, and can provide documentation for LEED submissions when requested at the start of your project.

What's the minimum order?

There is no minimum for most products. Single-piece jobs are welcome. Volume discounts kick in on larger production runs — we'll flag those breakpoints on your quote.

Ready to see it printed?

Send us your files, sketches, or a quick description. We'll come back with pricing, material recommendations, and a firm timeline.
