What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, DWG, PLT, and most CAD file formats. You can upload files directly through BuildFlow Software, email them, or bring them on a USB drive.
How late can I submit for same-day service?
Rush orders submitted before 3:00 PM can typically be completed same-day. For urgent needs after 3:00 PM, call us at (866) 243-2321 to confirm availability.
Do you deliver to job sites?
Yes! We offer local messenger delivery throughout Manhattan and can arrange delivery to job sites anywhere in the tri-state area via our discounted UPS and FedEx services.
Can I make changes after uploading my files?
Absolutely. Contact us immediately and we’ll update your order if production hasn’t started. For BuildFlow Software users, you can update files directly in your account.
What’s the difference between Tyvek and regular bond paper?
Tyvek is waterproof and tear-resistant, making it ideal for outdoor construction sites. Regular bond is perfect for indoor use, bidding, and office distribution. We can help you choose the right media for your specific needs.
